trio of circle quilt for my sister

Another fantastic quilting job by Sherrie. I love the fact that each border and corner post has its own design.

The sister's messanger bag

This bag is for my very stylin and tall sister. Since she is a lot taller than I am I had to use Brian as my shoulder strap model. He does come in handy for a few things.

Material Girls

Most of my bags lately are being made as models for The Matieral Girls Quilt Shop in South Jordan. So if you happen to swing in there some of these may look familiar. When you do go in say "Hi" to the girls for me.

the cow bottom bag

This is really a "gathered chic" but when Brian saw it he said it looked like a cow bottom. This one is for my mom. She will fit right in at school in Lehi now.

car seat tent

kitchen aid cover

This pattern came from my head. I tried to make one year ago but it ended up being large enough to cover about 3 mixers. But this one turned out just right (with a little help from interfacing as my test cuts.)

gathered chic

The name of this pattern is "all about me" but I am not too fond of it. The pictures are with and without the flower.

Toutle the turtle

Meet my new sewing buddy, Toutle. He is made from the Henrietta pattern by Heather Bailey. His name is from a famous vally/river in Washington that brings me peace just like he does. The above pictures are of Toutle at rest in his home, posing for pictures and at play on a bright Autumn day.

never again

Never again will I sew with beaded trim. 4 broken needles, 1 presser foot operation, swearing like a sailor and vacuming that sounded like rapid gun fire were all a result of these cute pink beads.

six in the city - tie

This pattern can be done with 6 variations to the band...hence "six in the city". This is the tie option. Also this bag will be at Material Girls as a model.

flat chemise

LOVE THIS FABRIC!!! I had extra so decided to make a bag for me. I have made this bag before, but it was gathered along the top curve.

Bellanca

Same bag just with and without draw string. I have no experience, but think this would make a fabulous baby bag. There are a ton of pockets on the inside
